This Quick Guide for Beginner's was created as a road map and illustrated guide in an effort to make it easier for people to get up and running on Oracle Primavera P6 (Version 8.3). This book is intended as a snapshot of P6's core concepts and can be used as an aid for entry level users learning the program for the first time or for project managers who haven't used P6 in a few months. This book is a good guide but a rough knowledge of CPM scheduling will be very beneficial for trying to navigate P6 for the first time. This book has been divided into different modules that briefly diagram important processes in P6 such as how to create a WBS, how to print a schedule, and much more.
