Euphorbia milii 'Dwarf Apache' is commonly known as the Crown of Thorns, Christ Plant, or Siamese Lucky Plant, and is often kept at a houseplant. Euphorbia milii 'Dwarf Apache' makes a great plant for a desert vivarium/ Euphorbia milii 'Dwarf Apache' can get about 24" tall, but is a very slow grower. As such, it is best planted towards the back of the vivarium. Euphorbia milii 'Dwarf Apache' has high light needs. Intense light may easily burn or discolor leaves, while dim light will result in poor plant growth. Euphorbia milii 'Dwarf Apache' does have low watering needs. Euphorbia milii 'Dwarf Apache' craves moisture, but saturated soil should be avoided. Euphorbia milii 'Dwarf Apache' will form a clump of plants over time. Euphorbia milii 'Dwarf Apache' makes a great focal point in a desert vivarium with it's striking leaves and unusual shape.
