AMDRO Fire Ant Yard Treatment is a season-long fire ant killer. It kills visible and hidden fire ant mounds and prevents new mounds from forming for the entire season. Once spread, the worker fire ants carry it back to the colony to share it with the queen. After the queen eats it and dies, her colony dies with her.
The granules are designed for broadcast application over the entire yard, and a 5 pound bag covers up to 10,000 square feet.
