In this second volume of instruction, Master Takemi Takayasu shows you the four superior kata with their complete applications, one traditional Yakusoku-Kumite, as well as defense and attack techniques against an armed aggressor. It may be the first time in the world that the applications of ''Seiryu'', ''Kanchin'', ''Sanseiryu'' are shown in a comprehensive way. Traditional Dan-Yakusoku-Kumite: in this style, most of the kicks are Shomen-Geris. The Sokuto-Geris are very few and Mawashi-Geris do not exist in our kata. Yet, this Yakusoku-Kumite includes both Sokutô-Geris and Mawashi-Geris. Kata Sanseiryu: it's one of the special kata of Uechi-Ryu being both an attack and defense method against several enemies. Its defense and attack techniques are more diversified: Watari-Uke, Hasami-Taoshi and Kakushi-Ken (Shi-Zuki). They are high level and high speed techniques. This kata is quite representative of Uechi-Ryu.
