The hilmor Orbital Flare was designed to produce quality flares with an off-center mounted cone that spins on an axis to make sure it uniformly shapes the tube. Equipped with a spring-loaded block to firmly grip the tube, it has a tube-stop arrow for correct height and positioning and ball detents for precise alignment. It even has a clutch mechanism that stops the flaring when the job is done to eliminate cracking the tube. Ensure the copper tubing size is being fitted into the corresponding hole. Ensure the yoke is being tightened after the tubing is inserted. Ensure the proper tubing material is being used.
