It has a polyester mesh bonded interior, fully taped waterproof seams, mesh vent at back yoke, attached three-piece hood with draw cord and barrel lock adjusters, two lower-front pockets with zipper closures, hook-and-loop adjustable cuffs, reflective trim detailing on lower front pockets and the back yoke, two interior pockets and a drop-tail that is 28.5 inches.
