These TiAL V-Band Flanges are CNC machined from 304L stainless steel to ensure leak free seals for the MV-S, MV-R, V44 and V60 wastegates. These flanges feature chamfered edges and counterboring, the opening is a perfect match to the wastegate ports.

Counterbore Sizes:

TiAL 38mm (MV-S) Wastegate Flange Counterbore:
- Inlet: 1-3/4" OD Tubing (1.75")
- Discharge: 1-1/2" OD Tubing (1.50")

TiAL 44mm (V44/MV-R) Wastegate Flange Counterbore:
- Inlet: 1-7/8" OD Tubing (1.875")
- Discharge: 1-3/4" OD Tubing (1.750")

TiAL 60mm (V60) Wastegate Flange Counterbore:
- Inlet: 2-1/2" OD Tubing (2.50")
- Discharge: 2-3/8" OD Tubing (2.375")
