A woman remembers the happy years in her youth when she had a friend whose family was nudist. She brings it up to her husband and they decide to try a naturist resort without telling their two stepchildren the details of their week away. It was so wonderful, they decide to propose a ‘Skin Day’ of nudity to ease the transition into nudism and the tale begins.
