The Original Hong Kong Style Milk Tea Blend.

Brewing Hong Kong style milk tea consists of a traditional style brew pitchers & silk strainer. The tea is poured between the two pitchers through the silk strainer which holds the tea blend, essentially aerating & adding viscosity.
However, more conventional ways to make Hong Kong milk tea can be done at home to almost identical results. You can find milk tea mostly anywhere in Hong Kong, instilled in a part of daily life. It can be argued that most quality Hong Kong milk tea is only found at "cha chaan teng," or simply translated to tea restaurant. Now you can brew this at home and experience the same nostalgic taste.
Instructions:
1. Bring 1.5 - 2 L. of water (depending on personal taste) to a boil in pot
2. Pour 2 oz. Hong Kong Style Tea Blend into pot and allow high simmer for 5 minutes
3. Strain into cup
4. Add 1 milk : 2 tea ratio
5. Sweeten to taste
