The Ideal Solution for Off-Hour or Unattended Cooling Applications
When plugged into the side of a portable air conditioner, the SRCOOLNET Web Management Accessory lets you monitor and control your cooling application from anywhere in the world via SNMP. Included PowerAlert software provides you with a single interface from which to cycle the air conditioner on and off, adjust its fan speed, change its target set point temperature and reset its dehumidification mode. When used together, the air conditioner and SRCOOLNET deliver a reliable cooling solution that is perfect for small server rooms and wiring closets and does not require on-site management.
Simple to Install and Operate
To set up the SRCOOLNET, simply connect it to the side of one of Tripp Lite’s portable air conditioning units, plug its power cord into an AC outlet and connect its Ethernet cable to an Ethernet line. Then install the included PowerAlert software onto the computer you will use to remotely manage your application, and you’re ready for action.
Included ENVIROSENSE Temperature and Humidity Sensor
The SRCOOLNET also includes an ENVIROSENSE Temperature and Humidity Module that can be placed directly inside your rack. This enables true spot cooling of equipment by helping to ensure that supply air to important equipment is at or below a target temperature in cases where your portable air conditioner is indirectly supplying cold air to that equipment. In other words, the ENVIROSENSE will identify when the rack or hot spot reaches your temperature set point and cycle your portable cooling unit and on off, depending on the temperature inside your rack.
