Moscow wants them. Afghanistan needs them. Ten top secret weapons developed by the U.S. Navy. A traitor, working somewhere within the DoD, has made an initial offer to the Russians: the weapons in exchange for -- absolutely nothing. While the Russians are suspicious, they decide to proceed with the transaction. The assignment is turned over to their newest operative, their sleeper agent "Antares" who's prepared to take on his first mission: liberate the weapons from the Americans.
