Dolly's Lash Eyelash Perm Lotion #1 (Quantity: 15 Packs), Apply suitable amount of #1 Perm Lotion with micro brush or cotton bud/Q-tips. Evenly apply the lotion onto eyelashes for approximate 10-15 minutes (depending on the length and thickness of eyelashes, thin eyelash are recommended for 10 minutes, thick lashes recommended 15 minutes). When time is up remove the # 1 Perm Lotion carefully from the eyelash and silicon pad before applying # 2 Setting Lotion.
