Measurement Instructions: Most people wear the garter anywhere from 3 to 6 inches above their knee. You just need a soft tape measure, one you would use in sewing and measure around the spot you would like to wear the garter. If you don't have a soft tape measure you can use a piece of yarn or string, measure around your thigh where you want to wear the garter and then take the string and lay it on a ruler to find out the size. Don't measure too tight, you want it to be comfortable.
