Labret stud bottom is available in 18 gauge-7mm length (just over 1/4 inch). 16 gauge and 14 gauge and in 1/4 inch (6mm), 5/16 inch (8mm), 3/8 inch (10mm), 1/2 inch (12mm) and 5/8 inch (16mm-14 gauge only).
