The cover is 100% plush polyester, and is removable and machine washable. Care: Remove cover from product. Machine wash cover, Cold. No bleach. Tumble dry cover on low heat. No iron. Do not wash buckwheat seed filling or 100% cotton liner. Use Instructions: Heat Therapy: Place therapy pack on a clean, microwave-approved ceramic or glass plate. Heat in microwave for 20 seconds on high setting. If not warm enough, continue heating in 10 second increments. WARNING: Do not overheat, risk of fire. Always touch-test before using. Cold Therapy: Place therapy pack inside a plastic sealed bag and place in freezer for 2 hours or more. Apply for up to 15 minutes to affected area. Repeat as necessary. Can be stored in freezer.
