Product Review
This is a daylily that flies off our retail yard when it is in bloom. It is quite tall, at least 28 inches, and the bloom is large-- 5 inch +. It is a lemon yellow with a wine/purple eye zone. It is excellent branching and a very high bud count. This daylily is what is called an extended bloomer. That means that it is not a rebloomer, but has a very long bloom cycle. It is a multiple award winner for eyed daylilies. As with all daylilies, it is drought resistant once the root system is established. It is also deer resistant, and attracts butterflies and hummingbirds. After you have placed your order, the daylilies are freshly dug, the tops are cut off, the roots are rinsed, and the plants are packed in peat moss. This ensures that the daylilies will quickly establish themselves in your garden while experiencing little transplant shock.
