Despite the name dump cakes are actually surprisingly delicious and exceptionally easy to make.
The name comes from the fact that you just dump the ingredients into a baking pan and bake.
These are great if you are short on time but want to get a dessert made quickly. Almost all of the recipes in this book take 1 hour or less to prepare and cook.
