Only all natural flavors are used to flavor LaCroix Sparkling Water. These flavors are essence oils extracted from the fruits. All flavors of LaCroix are gluten-free! We are also kosher and vegan. There is no meat, dairy, wheat, or nuts. La Croix is pronounced La-CROY. It rhymes with 'enjoy'.
