When Loper is adopted from a last-chance shelter in crumbling Detroit, he hopes to find understanding friends in his new city of Scottsdale, Arizona. But Loper is a Pit Bull, and Pit Bulls are Taser’s worst nightmare. Loper tries to convince the neighborhood canines he’s a good dog, but runs into his own problems when he is taken from his home, again.
Taser and Meatloaf want to help, but they get busy with a new murder investigation that threatens an old friend. For a while everyone fends for themselves, until finally they join forces to Howl Less and Wag More.
