The S8 is an ergonomically designed Safety Cutter for both left and right handed users. Customizing your S8 Safety Cutter for right or left handed use is easy! Just twist and rotate the handle, then flip the blade. Made from rigid metal the S8 guards will not break or bend like guards on other cutters. The guards cover the blade at all times during top cutting operations to protect the user. The guards also set the angle of your cut, eliminating damaged product. Utilize the heavy duty tape splitter for opening most boxes to avoid dulling your blades. The S8 has three blade depth positions: Top cut, shallow tray cut and deep cut. It also features a super easy blade change and can store up to 5 blades. Purchase with corresponding safety holster (UKH-545) and optional lanyard (CL-36). Includes one SP-017 Safety Point Blade.
