It will work on a bald spot or bald head if you follow the instructions:1) apply a liquid spritz (hairspray) to the balding area. Let dry for 20 to 40 seconds. It will form with the fibers for a strong hold.2) Apply hair illusion fibers. 3) Apply aerosol hair spray. It's lighter than spritz and a good way to finish. If you don't have it you can use the same spritz. Hold 10-12" away from your head. (You don't want to spray to close once the fibers are applied)4) do not brush or comb as it is not your hair.
