That means your burgers cook evenly every time, too! Simply turn the adjustment knob on the plunger, and the presser plate will be stopped at the level you chose.

Spring-Loaded Pusher
With many burger presses, the patty sticks inside the housing, and is difficult to remove. But the Bellemain's top presser plate has a plunger mechanism that lets you push the patty out onto the lower plate -- no muss, no fuss!
