This mysteriously smoky, flavorful finishing salt packs heat, but only enough to spice things up, and not enough to kill your palate. We've smoked 1/2 of the ground and dried ghost chilies for a uniquely smoky profile, and left the other 1/2 of the ghost chili peppers unsmoked. The result is a flavorful combination that truly is wonderful and mouth-watering. Try it on a steak, avocado, or scrambled eggs in the morning.
