This is our top of the line Organic Coconut Cream. It contains 20-22% coconut cream fat. No stabilizers. No emulsifiers. No whiteners. No guar gum. OU Kosher. When opening the can, you may notice the coconut has clumped at the top. Lucky you. It means you are getting pure Organic Coconut Milk, with attributes true to form. To emulsify and combine the coconut with the water; gently warm contents and stir. This product is made with Organic coconuts by removing the outer shell, and combining the coconut meat inside with purified water. Nothing else.
