One year ago The Mary Onettes were #1 on Hypem with 'Evil Coast' from the critically acclaimed album 'Hit The Waves'. Now they return with a brilliant new album and a new blog hit called 'Silence Is A Gun' which is already getting praise from leading outlets such as Brooklyn Vegan,
KEXP, Under the Radar and Stereogum.

'We wanted to create a scenario to fit with the songs. So we decided it could be a journey into
space. A silent hunt for something else. We always end up seeing our albums as small films. And
Portico: would definitely be our little space saga. It's a bit of a spiritual album. I want to get
