This fantasy long sword  has been replicated from the original prop design used by Michonne in the series. The Walking Dead Officially Licensed Samurai Sword with Leather-Wrapped Handle (model MC-WD001P) features a Wood Scabbard, and has a 40-1/2-inch overall length. Michonne (pronounced Me-Shone), intimately referred to by fans as "Samurai Girl," has proven to be one of the most lethal battle-hardened walker assassins on the hit AMC series, the Walking Dead. Featuring a 1045 high carbon steel blade (6.75mm thick), this sword is not just a wall hanger. Full tang and battle ready -- but unsharpened for safety -- this replica of Michonne's sword is built for functionality and collectability. The handle is wrapped in white leatherette and authentic black ray skin, and tte metal on the katana was replicated from the studio prop. The wood scabbard is wrapped in brown leatherette with a hand braided white leatherette overwrap and has a genuine leather strap for carry. This is an excellent collector’s piece and makes a great gift. The blade measures 26-3/4 inches while the handle is 12-1/4 inches.
