Cardamom has a floral, grapefruit flavor with some ginger undertones. It is commonly used in Indian cooking, in Nordic baking such as Finish sweet bread pulla or Scandinavian bread Julekake. Cardamom decorticated consists of seeds within the cardamom pods. It is an easy way of getting the seeds without spending time to actually extracting the seeds one by one.
