IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS:
If your HID kit is not working, it can be reversed polarity. The correction is that the ballast feed (i.e. the connector with two wires that connects to the ballast) needs to be put in the other way around. You can take the connector out, turn it around 180 degrees and put it back in the other way around and your bulbs should work. Try to do this on both sides.
