Curt forged ball mounts are made with solid forged construction and offer extra reliability while towing. The new Curt forged ball mounts have a gross trailer weight capacity of up to 17,000 pounds. and tongue weight of 2,550 pounds. Three styles are available including an 8 1/2" long ball mount with a 2" drop and a 1" rise, a 7" long ball mount with a 4" drop and a 3" rise, and a 9 1/2" ball mount with a 6" drop and 5" rise. These ball mounts are made for trailer hitches with a 2" x 2" receiver tube opening and completed with a durable carbide powder coat finish. Eight-digit part numbers are sold in sets of two while five-digit part numbers are sold individually.
