If reading reviews on Amazon confuses you too, understand what this product is intended to do: Support lucid dreaming for those who already have trained themselves in good lucid dream induction and lucidity stabilization techniques. This is not easy for most people and although we are proud of making this formula available, there is no guarantee that you will get success or that you will use this correctly. Galantamine is hard to sleep on and the Lucidimine formula mitigates some or most of this but not completely, and not for everyone. And most chemicals which promote sleep do not promote lucidity so it is not a simple matter of combining galantamine with just anything. When used for lucid dream induction, Lucidimine should be taken ~1/2-hour before maximum REM-density - usually 2-hours before final morning awakening. To achieve this, set an alarm to wake you up early, take your supplement, then return to sleep. For maximum effectiveness, Lucidimine should be combined with a complete lucidity induction program...a dietary supplement cannot teach anyone "how" to do anything.
