The Park Tools FR-5G and FR-5 Freewheel Removers feature heat treated alloy tool steel with a one inch base that fits a wrench or bench vise. Thin wall construction allows use without removal of cones and locknuts. The special feature of the FR-5G is the center guide pin which will stabilize your wrench in any operation.Always use a quick release skewer to hold the tool in place and snug to cogs when loosening. For solid axles, use the axle nut.
