They ripen from a creamy white to lemon yellow, then orange and if left on plant long will eventually turn red. The peppers average about 5 inches in length. The Feher Ozon Paprika chile plants are very prolific and produce very early. The flavor is very sweet with a mild building heat. They are thick walled and can be roasted, fried, stuffed or dried for a nice paprika powder. Great for a nice mild hot sauce anyone can enjoy!
