Lablab purpureus: Fast growing vine that can be grown in all zones as an annual, and a perennial in zones 9-11. Prized for its beautifull flowers and brilliant prurple seed pods. The plant is edible though the mature beans require boiling with frequent water changes. Can be used as a forage for animals. Prefers Full Sun, and support to climb on. Planting instructions are included on the seed envelope. Seeds are stored in environmental conditions that promote seed life (Dark/Dry/Cool). Plant with confidence!
