Long before pre-packed produce and automated checkouts, we had men in flat caps and long coats who would pick and weigh your fruit & veg, then wrap them carefully in brown paper bags. They always seemed to be cheerful and even had time to chat about events in the town or village. Six old British pennies (2.5p in today's money) wasn't bad for a pound of carrots either!

As with all Gibsons jigsaws, the beautifully illustrated pieces are made from the highest quality 100% recycled board and is therefore a pleasure to work with again and again.
