The Commuter Series case has two layers of protection that work together to divert any impact force away from the device, keeping you and your phone ready for anything. When one installs the case, depending upon the order of installation, the top right hand corner can seem off a bit. This is simply solved by pulling up on the head phone port cover gently until you hear a pop and see it snap into place.
