Keep protective tab on battery until ready to use. Once tab is remove please allow up to 1 minute for oxygen to enter the cell and activate for use. Not allowing cell to properly activate or battery contact with metallic objects/skin can cause premature failure due to short-circuit and obstruct current flow. Expired zinc air batteries should never be left in device after use. Please remove immediately and dispose of cell in a responsible manner.
