Premium Grade PER Foam. Free From Phthalates, Silicone And Latex, Toxin Free. 8 feet x 6 feet (96"x72"), 6 mm thick. Weighs 13 lbs.

Works well with the Square36 8' x 6' Cardio Black Label Mat as an underlay for enhanced impact absorption (both mats together make 1/2" of dense foam). Both mats also provide two unique surfaces for virtually any home-based floor work exercise you can imagine!
