There is nothing that makes you feel better than a cookie. Even saying the word-cookie-is comforting. As a kid when you had a bad day your Grandma would pat you on the head and say "Have a cookie, dear." It's still great advice. Especially with these gluten free wonders. Great for home consumption or as an offering in your restaurant.
