These Five Oceans´ white powder coated aluminum holders with nylon strap clamp to either 7/8" and 1" rails or stanchions, or you can mount them directly to a flat surface. Fasteners and insert (adapts clamp to both size rails) included. Keep your buoy accessible in an emergency. Each Ring Buoy Bracket comes complete with all necessary hardware to mount on tubing.
