This kit includes: - One OEM (Mitsubishi part number 620D381A10) thermal pad to provide consistent heat transfer from the DMD chip to the heat sink - One poly glove to prevent dirt or smudges on the DMD chip during installation - One lint-free microfiber cloth for cleaning chip before installation - One ESD grounding wrist band. Ground yourself to the chassis of your TV to avoid shorting your new DMD chip
