Don't have a cow man, Bart is here. This small figure is dated 1990. The Simpsons hit the airwaves in 1989 so this is an early Simpsons item. The bottom of the skateboard and Bart's rear is dated "The Simpsons FCFFC 1990". The figure was issued by Bakery Crafts. It is a smaller figure for a cake topper and stands approx. 3 inches tall. It would look great on a smaller cake but could get lost on a larger cake.
