These strap eyes (pad eyes) are black nylon plastic, strong enough for all but the cruelest punishment. This style is the industry standard for kayak assembly, most commonly used for deck fittings, backrest and knee strap attachments. Other uses include leash attachment, shock cord and deck bungge lines.
