Friday Night Lights is a TV series based on high school football in small town Dillon, Texas. The show addresses many issues in contemporary American culture as through its focus on Coach Eric Taylor as they live through issues of: school funding, racism, drugs, abortion and limited to nil opportunities for economic growth and stability.
