Medium late root parsley variety ready for harvest in 175-195 days. Fruits are 15-18cm (5.9-7in) long, white with creamy, aromatic, great tasting flesh. Highly popular and widely used fresh and processed, suitable for winter storage. Leaves are as well edible and are usually used for salads/garnishes. Suitable for outside growing, cold resistant. For early harvest can be sown from autumn and left outside covered through winter. Grows best in light sandy or well moist clay loams, and bright, warm, sunny location. Naturally rich in essential vitamins and minerals, supports overall health and well being.
