Each Kit comes with everything a do-it-yourselfer needs to create a complete nozzle circuit. They fit seamlessly into any misting system design. Every Cube Residential and Basic Pynamite Mosquito Misting system can easily handle up to 40 nozzles. Cube Pro systems can easily mist up to 80 nozzles. Mix and match the kits for greater flexibility. Nozzles are easily installed every 10 feet apart on the eaves of a structure, in trees, landscaping and along fence lines to make a mosquito free barrier. Typically straight nozzles are installed along the fence line and in trees, 45° nozzles are used under the eaves and anywhere that directional misting is required, and risers are used in the flowerbeds and other landscaping or as a mobile riser circuit for portable systems. All our nozzles are stainless steel and engineered for mosquito control systems. The orifice size and shape ensures the exact droplet size required to get the most benefit from the insecticide being misted. Each nozzle tip includes an anti-drip Viton ball and stainless steel spring. Our tube clamps come with attached screws for easy installation. Our fittings are all nickel/brass and the tubing is 1/4" nylon - black or white. Don't settle for low quality products, plastic nozzles, rubber tubing and low pressure pumps, and expect the same results.
