As the author of The Rise and Fall of Black Wall $treet, I ask: What does it take for an individual to build great wealth?

In the The Seven Key Empowerment Principles, I outline the key principles that any individual needs to exercise as a minimum to build success.

Following in the footsteps of George Subira and believing that poverty is the biggest problem that the Black Communities need to solve, I show that individuals need four things to make it in the money game.

They need Inspiration, Correct Knowledge, a Personal Plan, and the Seven Key Empowerment Principles.

Inspiration gives individuals ‘the WHY.’ Correct Knowledge gives individuals ‘the TARGET.’ A Personal Plan gives individuals ‘the HOW.’ Finally, The Seven Key Empowerment Principles gives ‘the CEMENT’ that holds ‘the WHY,’ ‘the HOW’ and ‘the TARGET’ together.
