Lefse is a Norwegian Bread which appears like a soft tortilla, but is made from real potatoes (NOT potato flakes)! Only cholesterol oil, wheat enriched flour, and a dash of salt. There are no preservatives. This is the way lefse should be made, just like it came from Grandmother's kitchen. There are two rounds per specially sealed 8-oz package.
