Our Cuban Spice Blend is a heady blend of Cumin, Cilantro, Garlic, Onion, Orange peel and other spices inspired by family cooks hailing from the islands of Cuba, Hispaniola and Puerto Rico. Use as a rub, marinade, or favorite brine. It is delicious on meats, poultry, seafood or meat substitutes. Sauté first to release the oils for use in rice dishes, soups and stews. No fillers are used and Salt takes a back seat to our blends. Our spices and herbs are locally sourced, Kosher certified and proudly produced in the USA.
