In the event a panel is damaged, this kit contains everything needed to repair a riser tube. The kit contains a plug insert tool which is a custom made tool that facilitates insertion of plugs when repairing a leaking heliocol or sunstar solar panel. It also contains a 0. 25 inch chisel which is used to cut the damaged riser tube flush with the header. It works with both regular and gold repair plugs (plugs not included).
