We are pleased to introduce Le Souk Olivique, our new olive wood studio in Tunisia and a sister company of Le Souk Ceramique.  We aim to produce the finest olive wood kitchen tools ranging from utensils to boards and bowls and much more.
- We use only olive wood that has been cut with Tunisian Ministry of Agriculture certification as no longer fruit-bearing for olive oil production
- We finish our olive wood pieces with our own proprietary mixture of soy oil, food-grade paraffin wax (like that used on fruit sometimes) and beeswax
- Olive wood is only suitable for hand-wash No dishwasher, oven, freezer, or microwave
- For lasting quality, we suggest reapplying any type of vegetable oil to the olive wood item periodically Simply rub oil in with a paper towel
- We hand-finish all of our olive wood items so each piece will vary in wood grain and in some cases, the exact cut and shape
